I poured the resin, guided the colors by hand, and once it cured, I cut out each piece, sanded it smooth, and finished it with several protective layers. No two are alike. This is the one.

✦ 🎨 How It Was Made
This piece began as liquid resin — poured, swirled, and sculpted entirely by hand. Once cured, I cut out each organic freeform shape, sanded the edges smooth, and sealed everything with multiple layers of resin for a polished, glass-like finish. The gold veining formed naturally during the pour — echoing the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, where gold fills the cracks and makes something more beautiful for having been shaped by the process. The irregular agate-slice silhouette and fluid marbled interior give each piece the look of a natural gemstone slice — except this one was born from art, not the earth. 🌊
